Trial and billing terms
- Card is required to activate the trial.
- $0 charged today unless the processor uses a temporary authorization or verification hold.
- Paid billing is approval-gated after day 30. Your card is on file, but the first paid charge requires approval to continue.
- The first approved paid activation includes the onboarding/setup fee plus the first month subscription.
- The first paid activation date is calculated from the day the client activates the trial, so this QR can be reused anytime.
- A reminder is due before the first paid activation window, ideally day 25 or 27.
- Cancel by written notice before the trial ends, or decline continuing when the approval reminder is sent.
